I recently made a purchase from ladyelizabethdesigns.com and overall, I had a decent experience. The product I bought was of good quality, but I found the customer service to be lacking. There was a delay in the delivery and it took quite some time to receive a response when I tried to inquire about it. The website design was also not very user-friendly. However, the product itself was as described and met my expectations.
