As a customer of the Cancer Institute of Florida, I must say that my experience has been average so far. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean, but I expected more personalized care. The waiting times can be quite long, and it sometimes feels like I am just another number. However, the treatments offered are effective, and the doctors do their best to explain everything in detail. Overall, it's a decent place for cancer treatment.
