The experience with the company was decent, but there is room for improvement. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information about their services, which was appreciated. The delivery process was on schedule, but the packaging could have been more secure to prevent any potential damage to the items. Overall, the service was average, with potential to be better with some adjustments in communication and packaging.
