I recently worked with a log home company and was impressed by the quality of their materials and the craftsmanship of their builders. The process of designing and building our custom log home was straightforward and the company was able to accommodate our specific requests and preferences. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of helpful information about log home construction. However, I found that communication with the company could be improved as there were some delays in getting responses to my inquiries. Additionally, I felt that the overall cost was a bit higher than I initially anticipated. Despite these drawbacks, the end result was a beautiful, well-built log home that we are proud to call our own. I would recommend this company with the caveat that customers should be prepared for some communication delays and budget adjustments.
