I had a mixed experience with Formaeducate. Some aspects of their website were great, such as the user interface and the course variety. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They took longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not always helpful. I hope they can improve their support system in the future.
