I visited the company website (bludogchicago.com) and decided to try out their services. 😊 The overall experience was average. The website is well-designed and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to book my dog's stay. The play area seemed clean and organized. However, I felt like the spa treatment was not as good as expected. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the service itself lacked that special touch. Additionally, I found the rates to be a bit high for what was offered. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement. 😐
