I recently purchased some furniture from an online store. The products were of good quality and arrived on time. I found the website easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I had some issues with the customer service. They were not responsive to my queries and it took a while to get a resolution. Overall, the furniture is great but the customer service needs improvement.
