Sertoma inc. is an average company overall. The quality of their services is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website could use some updates to make it more user-friendly. The customer service representatives are helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say my experience with Sertoma inc. has been average.
