My experience with Firstbank & trust has been average overall. The customer service has been satisfactory, but there have been instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get assistance. The online banking system is decent, but it lacks some advanced features that other banks offer. However, I appreciate their competitive interest rates on savings accounts. I believe there is room for improvement, but Firstbank & trust is still a decent bank.
