I recently had the chance to visit Manali Resorts - India and I must say I was underwhelmed. The rooms were small and outdated. The service was average, with the staff being unresponsive to the guests' needs. The food at the restaurant was mediocre at best. Overall, I expected more from a reputed resort like Manali.
