I recently used the transportation services provided by this company and I found their website to be quite informative and user-friendly. It was easy to navigate and find the information I needed about the routes, schedules, and fares. The online booking system was also efficient and saved me the hassle of queuing up for tickets. The drivers were generally friendly and helpful. However, I would rate my overall experience as average because there were a few instances where the buses were not very punctual, causing some inconvenience to my travel plans.
