I recently used the tele-genetic counseling services provided by this company and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. The counselors were knowledgeable and were able to answer most of my questions regarding genetic testing and results. However, I did feel that the counseling sessions were a bit rushed and lacked a personal touch. It would have been helpful to have more time to discuss my concerns and receive tailored advice. Additionally, I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to other similar services available. While I appreciate the convenience of tele-counseling, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and customization.
