I recently had the opportunity to work with a solar company and decided to choose American Array Solar Inc. I must say that my experience with them was fairly average. The website provided useful information and was easy to navigate, which facilitated the initial research process. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and at times, it felt like I was not being given enough attention. The installation process went smoothly, but I would have appreciated more transparency in terms of the timeline and progress updates. The quality of the solar system seems to be average, producing the expected amount of energy. Overall, American Array Solar Inc. is an okay choice for solar installations, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
