I recently had an appointment with a urologist from the clinic. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. However, the waiting time at the clinic was quite long, and the receptionist seemed a bit disorganized. 🕒 The clinic facilities were clean and well-maintained, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. I appreciated the thoroughness of the medical examination, but I think the clinic could work on improving the overall patient experience. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider exploring other options. 🏥
