I recently availed a loan from a finance and development corporation for my business expansion. The process was fairly smooth and the interest rates offered by NSKFDC were reasonable as compared to other financial institutions. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of the responsiveness of their customer support team. There were a few occasions where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my queries. Overall, my experience with NSKFDC has been satisfactory, but there is definitely scope for further improvement.
