I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon a hidden gem that is nsyoga.com. The yoga classes are fantastic! The instructors are skilled and provide clear instructions, making it easy for beginners like me to follow along. The studio has a calming atmosphere, and I always leave the class feeling refreshed and energized. I can't wait to continue my yoga journey with North Shore Yoga!
