I have been a member of Eastside Family Federal Credit Union for a few years now, and I have had an overall positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always provide excellent customer service. The online banking platform is user-friendly and convenient. However, I do wish they offered more innovative banking features and services. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Eastside Family Federal Credit Union to others.
