I have been searching for a yoga studio that challenges me while also providing a sense of calm and relaxation. I finally found that at Carpe diem yoga chaud! The instructors are amazing and the classes are so well-rounded. I appreciate the attention to detail and the individualized adjustments they offer. The studio itself is clean and inviting.
