I had an average experience with Japan Travel K.K.. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about various tourist destinations in Japan. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. There were delays in responding to my inquiries and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I was satisfied with the information provided but disappointed with the service.
