I have been a customer of A New Direction Credit Union for several years now and I have to say that their services are average. They have a decent range of banking products and their online platform is easy to use. However, their customer service can be improved. There have been times when I've had to wait a long time on hold to speak with a representative. Overall, I would rate them as average.
