The Harmoni Hotel Batam was a disappointment. The service was lacking, with the staff being unhelpful and unfriendly. The room was also not up to expectations, with cleanliness issues and worn-out furnishings. Additionally, the location was not as convenient as advertised. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
