I recently opened an account with Helena Community Credit Union, and I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed. The customer service was average at best, and their online banking system is not very user-friendly. Additionally, I found their rates to be quite high compared to other credit unions. Overall, I would consider other options before choosing Helena Community Credit Union.
