I've been training Brazilian jiu jitsu at Bedfordshire for a few months now and it has been an incredible journey. The instructors are dedicated and provide clear instructions. The fellow students are friendly and supportive. I've gained confidence and improved my physical fitness. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn BJJ!
