My experience with Qorex ltd was not what I expect...

My experience with Qorex ltd was not what I expected. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was smooth. However, the product I received did not meet my expectations. It was not as durable as I had hoped and started showing signs of wear and tear after a short period of time. I reached out to customer service, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution. Disappointed with the overall experience.
