Our recent experience with Snag-a-slip was overall positive. The website was user-friendly and allowed us to compare different marinas easily. The booking process was straightforward and efficient. The rates were reasonable, and the marina we chose had good amenities. However, the customer service could have been better. We had some issues with our reservation, and it took a while to get them resolved. Despite the minor inconvenience, we would still consider using Snag-a-slip again in the future.
