I recently hired a music promotion agency for my upcoming album, and it was an average experience. The team at Vocal NYC did their job, but I was not completely satisfied with the results. They could have been more proactive in reaching out to new listeners and creating a buzz around my music. On the positive side, their communication was prompt and professional. Good, but not great.
