I recently visited Town Total Health and had a relatively average experience. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite but lacked that personal touch which made it feel a bit impersonal. The waiting time was longer than expected and the appointments seemed rushed. Although the medical professionals were knowledgeable, I felt that they could have been more attentive and empathetic towards my concerns. The overall service was satisfactory, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. I appreciate the convenience of their location, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer care. 💼
