I recently attended an event hosted by a women in computer science organization and I was thoroughly impressed. The organizers did a fantastic job of creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone felt welcome and encouraged to pursue their passion for technology. The speakers were knowledgeable and inspiring, and I left the event with new ideas and a renewed enthusiasm for my own career in tech. It's wonderful to see initiatives like this that prioritize gender diversity and aim to empower women in the field. Kudos to Rutgers Women in Computer Science for their efforts!
