Citcable is an average company. Their service is decent, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. The internet speed is mediocre, especially during peak hours. The customer service is hit or miss - sometimes they are helpful and friendly, other times they are unresponsive and rude. Overall, I would say Citcable is just okay.
