The service provided by Asociacion dominicana de zonas francas (adozona) was just average. It did not exceed my expectations, but it also did not disappoint. The staff was courteous and professional, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, I felt that the company could have done more to provide personalized solutions. Overall, a decent experience.
