I recently purchased a printer from New York Inkjet, LLC and I must say, it is the worst experience I have ever had. The printer started malfunctioning within a week of purchase, and despite their claims of great customer service, they were completely unresponsive to my requests for assistance. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
