I recently hired a design management company and they did an okay job. The overall experience was satisfactory and the designs they created were decent. However, I felt like they lacked creativity and didn't fully understand my vision. Their customer service was average and they could have been more responsive to my needs. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it wasn't exceptional either.
