I have been with Helena Community Credit Union for a while now, and overall, I would say my experience has been pretty good. The staff is friendly, and their online banking system is convenient. However, there have been a few instances where I experienced delays in processing certain transactions. While these issues were eventually resolved, it left me feeling a bit frustrated. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Helena Community Credit Union as an average credit union to bank with.
