I recently signed up for Primepass and I must say, it's been a pretty average experience so far. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service has been helpful when I've had questions. However, I've encountered a few glitches when trying to book tickets for certain events. Overall, I would give Primepass a 3 out of 5 stars.
