I recently booked a vacation rental through the company's website and my experience was fairly average. The website itself was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the properties available for rent. However, I did encounter a few issues during the booking process. The customer service was not as responsive as I had hoped, and it took a while to get my inquiries answered. Additionally, the property I rented was decent, but it lacked some basic amenities that were advertised on the website. I also found the pricing to be slightly higher compared to similar vacation rental companies in the area. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and accuracy of property descriptions. I would consider trying other options next time.
