My experience with Explorer Trails was average. The website explorertrails.com provided enough information about their packages. The customer service was decent, although there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more responsive. The tour was okay, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
