I've been using Primepass for a few months now and it's been a mixed experience. The website is great and I love the variety of events available. However, I've had some issues with the ticket booking process. It can be a bit confusing at times and I've encountered some technical glitches. Overall, I would give Primepass a 3.5 out of 5 stars.
