I recently tried some vegan cookies from Alternative Baking Company, and they are hands down the best I've ever had. The Chocolate Chip Explosion is my favorite flavor, but all of them are delicious. The cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with flavor. I appreciate that they are made with all-natural ingredients and that they are vegan.
