The service provided by Telmex is average. I have been a customer for a few years now and I have had some good experiences but also some not-so-great ones. The customer service can be a bit slow at times, and the internet speed is not always as fast as I would like it to be. Overall, I would say it's a decent option for internet and phone services, but there is definitely room for improvement.
