I would rate Startup engine as average. The company website startup-engine.com is easy to navigate and has useful information about their services. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I think there's definitely room for improvement in this area.
