I have been a customer of Richard c. young & co., ltd. for several years now and I must say the experience has been average. The investment advice provided by them is good, but not exceptional. I have seen some returns on my investments, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff is helpful and friendly, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
