I have been a customer of Okdo for several years now and I must say that their products are of average quality. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there have been a few instances where I received faulty items. The customer service was responsive and offered a replacement, but it was a hassle to go through the process. Overall, Okdo is an okay company to purchase from.
