I recently visited Healthx physical therapy for a series of sessions. The therapists were knowledgeable and professional, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I felt that the overall experience was lacking the personal touch that I was hoping for. While the therapy sessions were effective, I didn't feel a strong connection or sense of individualized care.
