I recently used the electronic lab notebook provided by this company and found it to be suitable for basic research needs. The interface was user-friendly, making it easy to organize and access experimental data. However, I wish there were more customization options available for structuring experiments and data analysis. Additionally, the customer support was responsive but could benefit from more detailed and specialized assistance. Overall, it served its purpose adequately, but there is room for improvement in terms of flexibility and support.
