I have been a customer of Ulferts of Sweden Far East Ltd / Emperor Group for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. The quality of their products is decent but nothing extraordinary. The prices are also quite reasonable. However, I would appreciate it if they could improve their customer service. The staff can sometimes be a bit slow and unresponsive. Overall, an average experience.
