I recently discovered this brand and decided to make a purchase through their website. 😊 The overall experience was decent but not outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products, which is a plus. 😊 However, the customer service could be improved. I had some inquiries and it took longer than expected to receive a response. 😐 The shipping process was efficient though, and my package arrived within the estimated timeframe. 👍 The quality of the product I purchased was average, nothing exceptional but also not disappointing. 😐 I appreciate their effort to offer trendy and affordable options, but I believe there is room for improvement to stand out from other brands. Overall, my experience with "Miucha" was okay, but I wasn't blown away. 😐
