I had a mixed experience with Zk technical services l.l.c. Although their technicians were skilled and able to fix the issue with my printer, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response from them and they were not very proactive in keeping me updated. Overall, the quality of their work was good but the customer service could definitely be improved.
