I have been a customer of Advanced Technology Services UK Ltd for several years now, and I must say that their services have been average at best. While they do provide some decent solutions, their customer support is lacking in many ways. They often take a long time to respond to queries and when they do, the solutions they offer are not always effective. I have had multiple instances where I had to explain my issue several times before they understood and provided a suitable solution.
