I would rate Injury Care Research as average. The staff was friendly enough, but I felt like I was just another number to them. The waiting area was crowded and uncomfortable, and I had to wait a long time to be seen. The doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable, but they didn't spend much time with me and rushed through the appointment. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected more from a research company.
