I recently used the services of this company and I found the website to be user-friendly and informative. However, I was a bit disappointed with the response time when I reached out for assistance. It took longer than expected to get a resolution to my query. On the positive side, the staff was courteous and professional in their interactions. I appreciated the clear communication and helpful attitude when my issue was finally addressed. It's clear that there is potential for improvement, especially in the responsiveness aspect. Overall, an average experience. 😐
